Who does our policy apply to?

This policy applies to customers, suppliers and anyone who visits our website as a potential customer. It also applies to current and former employees or anyone who provides personal data to us as a prospective employee (see separate section below).

What do we collect?

We collect information about you when you voluntarily provide information to us through our Request for Quote and Website Inquiry form on our website or when you voluntarily provide it to us. me email address or other contact information.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to conduct business with you or your company. This may include providing quotes, samples or processing sales transactions. We do not provide your data to third party processors unless we have a lawful basis to do so.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that may be placed on your device when you visit our website and complete an inquiry form. This will save your data locally in case you resubmit the form, but this is optional.

We store data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was provided. We store data securely within the territory of Vietnam. We have implemented an IT Policy to ensure we maintain effective and independent security standards.

Our security rules, policies and technical measures are designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, unauthorized destruction unauthorized or accidental loss and unauthorized handling.

Access to data we may hold

You can ask us whether we are holding personal data about you by writing to the registered address shown on our website.

We will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data we hold about you, within one month of receiving this request, although we will require evidence of your identity. We will provide this information for free.

However, we will charge a reasonable fee when a request for information is clearly unfounded or excessive, especially if the request is repetitive. Any fees will be based on the administrative costs of providing the information. We may refuse a request if we believe it is excessive, indirect or inappropriate and you have the right to object to that decision by complaining to the appropriate supervisory authority.

We allow you to correct the data we hold about you and, where appropriate, you can delete, edit or amend data if it is partly or completely incorrect.

You have the right to have your personal data erased to prevent processing in the following specific cases:

If you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests to continue the processing.

The data has been processed unlawfully under the GDPR.

Our website may contain links that allow you to visit other websites. Once you have used these links to leave our site, you should know that we have no control over any other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any data you provide to these websites which are not governed by this privacy policy. You should exercise caution and review the privacy policy of the website in question.

Job applicants, current and former employees

Employees will be made aware of the data we hold through their terms and conditions of employment. We will only retain data relating to former employees for as long as necessary, again this is set out in the employment contract.

If you are applying to join us as an employee. We will ask you to provide and only process data relevant to your job application. Your data will be kept secure and not passed on to any third party without your consent.

We will use your personal contact details to process your application and any other data to assess your suitability and if necessary to complete pre-employment checks. Applications include verifying your identity and your right to work in Vietnam. We may therefore require you to provide proof of identity, proof of qualifications and details of any referees required
